A Hybrid Multiple Criteria Decision-Making Technique to Evaluate Regional Intellectual Capital: Evidence from China

With the dawn of economic globalization and knowledge economy, intellectual capital has become most important factor to determine growth. However, due resource endowment, location conditions, policy differences, other factors, provinces in China show sizeable differences regional (RIC), which affects coordinated development economy. Evaluating RIC is a typical multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem. Therefore, this study employs set MCDM techniques solve First, Delphi method used formal decision structure based on systematic literature review. A novel hybrid method, namely, Grey-based Decision-Making Trial Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) Analytic Network Process (ANP), i.e., GDANP, employed obtain relative weight each criterion. Finally, data 31 China, Technique for Order Preference by Similarity an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) evaluate RIC.
